For new cartridge shipments, your quote is your packing slip. Print your quote email and include with your shipment. You can also complete and print a packing slip manually if needed here. For used cartridge shipments, the link to your packing slip is in the email confirmation you received after submitting your list. You can also complete and print a packing slip manually if needed here.
For New Printer Cartridges and New Printer Supplies shipments, we will pay you via Check by Mail, Overnight Check, PayPal, Venmo, Direct Deposit, or Bank Wire. IT’S YOUR CHOICE! Prefer another option? Just contact us. All payments are processed on the same day your shipment is received. For shipments of $300 or more, ALL fees associated with any option you choose will be waved! For shipments less than $300, if you choose to be paid by same day bank wire transfer or overnight mail check, you will pay the actual overnight check fee or the actual bank wire transfer fee. For empty / used cartridges that we buy from you, payments are issued within 5 business days. The only form of payment offered for empty / used cartridge shipments is check by mail.
If you submit your new supplies during the business hours of Monday-Friday 8-5, you will receive your quote within an hour or less. If you submit after hours, you will receive your quote the next business day. Current price list for used cartridges can be found online 24/7.
We accept toner, ink, drums, and other supplies from all major brands. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept remanufactured, aftermarket, or any other non-OEM supplies. For more information on what we accept, click here.
All cartridges must be properly packaged in shipping boxes to prevent shipping damage. For more info, click here.

If you do not see your model listed, unfortunately, we do not currently accept it. Our list is updated all the time, so please check back if you do not see your current model listed.
FOR NEW PRINTER CARTRIDGE shipments to us. There is no minimum or maximum cartridge amount which we will accept when you ship new printer cartridges or new printer supplies to us. If you receive a quote from us, it may be shipped to us immediately.
FOR USED / EMPTY PRINTER CARTRIDGE shipments to us. You must ship a minimum of 8 used laser cartridges OR a minimum 25 used inkjet cartridges to qualify for the free shipping label(s). HERE ARE THE EXCEPTIONS TO THE MINIMUM CARTRIDGE SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR USED/EMPTY PRINTER CARTRIDGES. If you meet the minimum cartridge requirements for either used laser or inkjet cartridges, then you may ship less than the minimum on the other type of empty/used cartridge. FOR EXAMPLE: If you meet the minimum of 8 empty/used laser cartridges in your shipment, then it’s OK to ship less than 25 empty/used inkjets in the same shipment. The same rule applies if you meet the 25 minimum empty/used inkjet cartridges, then it’s OK to ship less than 8 empty/used laser cartridges in the same shipment. Not following the minimum empty cartridge shipping requirements will result in a $12 per UPS Label shipping charge to you.
All used cartridges must be properly packaged in shipping boxes to prevent shipping damage, and with the minimum shipping requirements met per shipping box. We pay for all shipping when you use the pre-paid UPS shipping label(s) which we provide to you. For more info, click here.
